1. Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Rates:

  • We offer flat-rate shipping within the entire world. Rates are calculated at checkout and will vary based on location and order size.

3. Shipping Methods:

  • We primarily use Canada Post for all shipments.
  • T shirts are shipped as oversized lettermail (Therefore, they don't come with tracking). If you prefer a tracking number, please reach out and we will be more than giddy to arrange this. Please understand that shipping cost will change in this case.
  • Reach out if you would like expedited shipping.

4. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if necessary.
  • As stated earlier, all packages that can be sent as oversized lettermail will be sent as oversized lettermail. Shipping costs reflect this policy. If you would like tracking, please reach out and we can ammend the shipping costs to reflect your request.

5. Local Pickup Option:

  • For our Edmonton locals, we offer the option to pick up in person. Add the code: DOORDROP at checkout. This will enable free shipping. Then reach out to select a time.

6. International Shipping:

  • Yes we do.

7. Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Delays and Exceptions:

  • Unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays, may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

9. Order Changes:

  • Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
  • Nevertheless, please reach out if this is the case. Chances are we'll be able to work something out if all parties are understanding.


1. Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 69 days of the purchase date AKA "Fine for 69."
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn (other than trying it on at home for a bit), clean, unwashed, and with everything intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  •  with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Wait for a response from one of our 1,001 customer service representatives.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

  • Once we receive the returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.
  • If eligible, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.

6. Lost Packages:

  • We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you provide accurate shipping information.
